We ship via Federal Express within 24 hours of receiving complete payment. To decrease the probability of an item being lost, we ONLY ship from Monday to Thursday, 10am to 2:30pm. All shipping within the United States, Canada, and Europe is included with insurance for the buyer.
Please note that Federal Express does not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please make sure to change your address to a physical address before submitting your payment. All FedEx shipping will require an adult signature at the time of delivery.
