We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on all our pre-owned watches. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the product, you may return it for a product refund. The guarantee is valid from the day the order is made on our website and covers all customers. New watches are special orders and CAN NOT be returned for a refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
“We accept Credit Card, Paypal, Check, Money Orders, and Bank Wire. We accept credit cards in the form of Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We do not accept credit cards from International Buyers.
Do you have a store front?”
Yes, unlike other Internet retailers we have a store where you can actually come in and handle the watches we sell. We are located at 1330 Westheimer Road in Houston, Texas.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within one business day from the date you placed the order. Transit time will vary depending on the shipping method you choose, but generally, your products will arrive in Two Business Days.

General Business hours are: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Yes, even if you did not buy your watch from us we have a staff of qualified watchmakers. We can service virtually any type of wristwatch. Please call or e-mail us for information. We also sell numerous accessories to dress up your watch such as diamond dials & diamond bezels. We can sell you genuine factory original accessories or high quality aftermarket accessories
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship orders internationally but only to select countries. What type of security do you use to safeguard personal information?” We use high-grade 256 bit encryption to secure all transactions. How do I track my package? You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available. Your tracking number will also be listed in your account. Tracking results should start to appear after the shipping carrier picks up the package from our warehouse.
