Rolex Explorer 1016 Matte Black Dial Rivet Stretch Oyster Band Circa 1969

Up for sale is a beautiful authentic Rolex Explorer model number 1016. Featured on this piece is a clean CUSTOM black dial with luminous index hour markers, a stainless steel dome smooth bezel, a 36mm stainless steel oyster case, & a stainless steel CUSTOM oyster band with the fold over Rolex oyster clasp. According to the serial number, this piece is a 1.9 million series which indicates the production year to have started in 1969. From a scale of 1 to 10, we would rate this piece as a 9 out of 10 as the piece is in excellent condition with some very light hairline scratches on the side case and clasp. The case does show some signs of polish. The inside lug does also show slight signs of corrosion. Extra pictures can be provided. The band will fit up to a size 7.5 inch wrist.
