Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned with all boxes and paperwork. You must request a return authorization number for the item within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
Please call customer service at 713-521-4444 or email us at sales@acewatch.com or use our contact form to the right to request a refund within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will assign you a return authorization number. Please place the RMA number clearly on the outside of your box. No items will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt and any and all papers boxes and items included with your order.
We will not accept items for return if any of the papers, box or items are missing or damaged. All items must be returned in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. Ace Watch is not responsible for any damage occurred during shipping. If you item was damaged during shipping please contact FedEx to file a claim. Make sure to photograph the package if it looks damaged before opening it and save the box, item and all packing materials as you will need them for the claim process.
If for any reason you get your watch and it isn’t just what you want. We are more than happy to exchange it with another watch as long as it meets the same requirements as a return.
