Do not let the small shop fool you! I went in looking for a Rolex and saw what they had in the cases and thought that I didn't have a chance finding what I wanted. Once I talked with Juan, he went in the back and found the exact watch! I bought the watch and the service was wonderful. They are helpful and knowledgeable. They fix what needs to be fixed. I bought a watch online from this shop, the sales person I had was named Juan. I found the shop on eBay and contacted them about some questions on a datejust Rolex, and they said they could bring the watch price down from 14k to 12k if I did a wire transfer. Now of course this being a wire transfer and my first big purchase as a young man I was nervous, and my bank was more nervous and denied the wire at first, but Juan was super patient and helped a ton, he sent info about there bank officer, he helped with calls and talking to the bank poeple, they have reviews from all the way back from 2018. Anyways I took the risk and did the wire transfer after the bank finally talked to the bank officer and said they felt a lot more comfortable about it, which made me more comfortable. My watch showed up in 1 day as promised with all the papers and the box. It was incredibly packaged and it felt like I was opening up one that was new. And I couldn’t imagine it was far from the experience. To say it lightly the watch was real and the sales team was super patient and helpful. I can’t wait for when I hit my next goal of 500k in the market so I can go online and google this shop and call Juan up to buy my next watch.

I have been researching off and on where to go to have some coins and jewelry evaluated for sale. The bigger places in Houston didn’t seem appealing and I kept putting it off. Today, I found Estate Watch & Jewelry Buyers online and the reviews seemed better. I went here first with two others I never needed. This 35+ year business is run by a father-daughter team. Very small and friendly. They have a machine that scans for gold or silver content and will also indicate gold plate, copper, etc. Everything seemed very fair. They have to make a profit so don't expect full gold value, etc. I sold a small gold coin and 3 rings and was paid with cash. They do thumbprints, pictures and ID checks. All above board and I appreciate the security checks. Highly recommend! Rw

Not one to post reviews but had to give this place a shout out. Took one of my dads old watches in for a full service & repair, the bracelet was missing a link & the watch hadn’t see daylight in probably 10 years. I’m incredibly impressed with the quality of repair & restoration they were able to achieve. Before and after photos attached. Will only be using this business for all future watch repairs, service, etc. reasonable pricing & easy to get ahold of them over the phone or just stopping by the shop. I made a phone call to a coin dealer in Houston and the sales person was arrogant and didn't seem to care about what I was saying. The person was just trying to get me off the phone. My next phone call was to Ace Watch & Jewelry. The sales person was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time and interest in the coins that I wanted to sell.
I went to their store the next day and sold my coins. The entire sales staff was friendly. They offered good prices for my coin collection.

I came here to sell some jewelry from an ex-boyfriend. The staff were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I let the gentleman at the counter take a look at the pieces and he was very honest and told me I would have more luck selling one of the pieces on my own and even gave me a price recommendation. The second item was a silver bracelet and they gave me a very fair price for it. This was my first time selling jewelry to a gold buyer and I was nervous, but the process was easy and the staff were great!

The owner is very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly!!!! He fixed my jewelry correctly!! As opposed to going to Nordstrom where I purchased my watch, I went to him not because of yelp reviews but because the shop was in the area. He knew all about my watch and more. We chatted and I somehow forgot why I came. He was soo nice and professional. I told him I would write this review last year. I kept the receipt on my stand. That's the impression he made on me; a lasting one. A year later and here I am writing a review that I was supposed to do a long time ago!

Came in to get some links removed from a few watches. These guys are honest and very helpful. The Little Watch Shop had tried to charge $40 to remove a link that Ace removed for free in a few seconds. Will always bring simple watch repairs back to these guys - very trustworthy.
